These are customer loyalty points assigned to products and special sales. Customers accumulate these in their own personal accounts and can cash them in for gift certificates once they have at least 100 points.
Generally we try to assign at at least 1 point for every dollar you spend. More points are sometimes offered in special sales, etc.
