Do you offer refunds for digital goods?

Due to the nature of the product, we cannot give refunds or any purchases of digital goods. Customers are responsible for making sure they know how to run their devices and software and also how to upload files to their respective devices.

DarkFuse will guarantee that our file formats are valid and functional, but we cannot offer tech support on how to work your e-Readers of choice.

Please make sure you know how to do this before purchasing egoods from our store.
