An item in my shopping cart remains after a previous purchase and won't clear. What do I do?

This is caused by your computer storing an expired or broken cookie from our site. Please follow these steps to correct this issue:

1) Log out of your DarkFuse account
2) Log back in
3) Visit your shopping cart
4) Try to remove the item

By logging back in, you've forced your computer to update the cookie.If you experience multiple instances of this occurring or the above instructions do not work, please leave a support ticket to the tech support department.
