Support policy

Our goal at DarkFuse is to be a responsive company and make sure our customer's needs are met in a timely fashion.

The support ticket system allows us to prioritize and keep an archive of all requests, so that you and our company can have past, current and future issues and requests at our fingertips and searchable.

Furthermore, the support tickets can be accessed online as well as through e-mail. This is essential in the new digital world where e-mails are easily lost in spam filters or stripped by ISPs.

Generally, we will answer your support requests within 24 hours during the work week (Monday-Friday). We do often work on weekends as well.
